Now my iOS save is safe on a manual backup. Yes, it is possible to transfer Fallout Shelter from Android to PC. This worked after I fixed the phone was disconnected error when I backed it up to iTunes. The PC version of the game was released a few weeks ago, and has several improvements over the Android version.
